Owner, Jeff Miller
Jeff was looking for a career change when he was introduced to the co-founder of Sir Grout, Jeff Gill, and they hit it off right from the start. Jeff Miller had always desired to be his own boss but because of his career in consumer products, the opportunity was not available. After a couple of meetings, Jeff knew he wanted to be a part of Sir Grout and he and his wife decided to open up the Northern New Jersey territory in December of 2012.
"Life in corporate roles was challenging and rewarding but I always had the desire to run my own company. Sir Grout has given me a great opportunity to be my own boss and interact with fantastic people on a daily basis. Plus, what we do to restore floors, showers, counters and the other areas we service is just incredible. When I saw the materials and processes in operation, I was extremely impressed with how well everything worked and how long it all lasted. It was a very easy decision to buy into the Sir Grout franchise system and we've built up the Northern New Jersey territory very quickly." Having previously lived all over the world and working for the largest toy company, Mattel, Jeff enjoyed many successful years in marketing and sales. All of this experience prepared him well for the daily interaction with customers and establishing a solid trust to earn business in homes and businesses throughout the territory. At the end of the day, it is all about taking care of your customers and making sure their expectations are met on each and every job.
